BoostYou – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of BoostYou (“we”, “our”, “us”) and our website and services available at boostyou.cc (“Service”). By creating an account or using BoostYou, you agree to follow these Terms.

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 16 years old to use BoostYou. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Account Registration
   You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Use of the Service
   BoostYou provides tools for social media management, scheduling, analytics, automation, and AI-powered content generation. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable platform rules (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

You may not:
– Use the Service to spam, harass, or violate third-party terms.
– Attempt to exceed posting limits or abuse automation tools.
– Interfere with the functionality, security, or integrity of the platform.
– Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of BoostYou.

4. Subscription and Payments
   BoostYou operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processors (Stripe, Whop, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, etc.) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis unless you cancel.

Prices, features, and plans may change at any time. If pricing changes occur, we will notify you in advance.

Your subscription will remain active until canceled. Refunds are provided only according to our Refund Policy.

5. AI Tools
   BoostYou includes AI-powered features for generating content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before posting. We are not responsible for inaccurate, inappropriate, or unintended outputs produced by AI.

6. Social Media Access
   To use social media automation features, you must connect your Instagram, Facebook, or other platform accounts. BoostYou uses official APIs and does not store your passwords.

You understand that:
– Social platforms may change their rules at any time.
– Your access may be limited or revoked by the platforms, not by BoostYou.
– You are responsible for following the policies of any third-party platform you connect.

7. Prohibited Content
   You may not use BoostYou to create, upload, or publish content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, discriminatory, harmful, misleading, or violates any laws or social media guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service.

8. Cancellation and Termination
   You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
– Violate these Terms
– Misuse the platform
– Engage in fraudulent activity
– Use BoostYou for illegal or harmful purposes

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Intellectual Property
   All content, code, branding, UI, features, and materials provided through BoostYou are owned by BoostYou. You may not copy, modify, or resell any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
    BoostYou is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
    – Loss of access to social media accounts
    – AI-generated content errors
    – Loss of data or downtime
    – Third-party service failures
    – Business or financial losses resulting from the Service

Your use of BoostYou is at your own risk.

11. External Services
    BoostYou integrates with external APIs and services (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, OpenAI, payment processors). We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or limitations caused by these third parties.

12. Data and Privacy
    Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using BoostYou, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

13. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, unless otherwise required by local regulations.
